Converting an administration to production mode

When setting up a new administration in ReflexBlue, you typically use an administration that is in test or acceptance mode. You do not use the production mode for setup to prevent unintended actions, such as emailing an invoice to a customer.

Once you have completed setting up the administration and conducting your tests, you can switch the administration to production mode. During the conversion to production, it is often helpful to remove certain data, such as test orders, test invoices, and test quotes.

Steps to convert the administration

1. Open the ReflexBlue administration screen via Menu > Administrations > Administration.
2. Select Convert to Production Administration. Ensure that the administration is in test or acceptance mode; only then will this option be visible.

When using this button, the administration mode is switched to production. Additionally, the following data is removed:

  • Packing slips
  • Weighing lists
  • Orders
  • Invoices
  • Journal entries
  • Quotations
• Production
  • Production advice
• Inventory
  • Lots including trace data
  • Packaging balances
  • Inventory levels
  • Pallets
  • Boxes
• Counters (reset to 0)
  • Calls
  • Quotations
  • Imports and Exports
  • Proforma invoices
  • Purchase invoices
  • Sales invoices
  • Purchase orders
  • Sales orders
  • Order lines
  • Packing slips
  • Weighing lists
  • Lots
  • Order advice
  • Print tasks
• Other
  • Calls
  • History of executed imports and exports
  • Email and email attachments
