Languages overview screen
The Languages overview screen allows you to manage languages in ReflexBlue. Through this screen, you can request an overview of the available languages and add, modify, and delete languages.
To open the Languages overview screen, you can use the following methods:
- Open the menu in ReflexBlue using the shortcut Ctrl+~ and select the option Management > General > Languages, or select this link to open the Languages overview screen.
Adding a language
Follow the steps below to add a language:

In the Languages overview screen, select the option Add language. A detail screen will appear where you can enter language data.

Enter the following language data:
Name Description Code A unique code for the language. If not filled in, a code will be automatically assigned. Name The name of the language, for example, German. Identification A unique identification for the language. The identification will be used later to use the language for translations. Description A description of the language. The Name and Identification are mandatory fields. Identification may only consist of alphanumeric characters and the underscore (_).

Select Save to save the language.
From this moment on, the language can be used when entering and using translations in ReflexBlue.
Editing a language
To edit a language, follow the steps below:
- In the Languages overview screen, first select the language you want to edit.
- Then select Edit language. A detail screen will appear where you can edit language data.
- Make the desired changes.
- Select Save to save your changes.
Deleting a language
To delete a language, follow the steps below:
- In the Languages overview screen, first select the language you want to delete.
- Then select Delete language.
- Confirm that you want to delete the language.
- The language will be deleted (made inactive) and will no longer be visible in the overview screen.
Filtering and searching languages
In the Languages overview screen, you have the ability to filter or search based on various criteria. The table below provides an overview of the filters available for filtering languages.

| Active/Inactive | This filter allows you to determine if you want to see languages based on their active status. When a language is deleted, it is made inactive. For example, by filtering on inactive languages, deleted languages can be viewed and potentially made active again. |
| Name and Code | This filter allows you to choose to only see languages with a certain name or code based on a configurable match. |
