The Article detail screen in ReflexBlue

The Article detail screen allows you to view and edit all data of an article.

You open this screen by selecting an article in the Articles overview screen.

Screen layout

In the Article detail screen, the article’s data is grouped across various tabs:

• General: Basic information such as code, name, and specifications of the article.
• Purchasing: Settings and data related to the purchasing of the article.
• Sales: Settings and data related to the sales of the article.
• Prices (advanced): Manage article prices based on price definitions.
• Product description: Enter and manage the product description.
• Control rules: Set up order and invoice control rules for the article.
• Recipes & Production: Settings for recipes and production.
• Tracing & Food Information: Settings for batch tracing and food information.
• Stock: Set the article as holding stock and manage stock settings.
• Search Groups: Link the article to search groups.
• Settings: Other settings such as accounting, control points, import/export, and order advice.

Copying an article

Create a copy of an existing article using these steps:

1. Open the article in the Article detail screen.
2. Select Copy. A new detail screen will open with the data of the copied article. Most data is copied from the original article.
3. Fill in the required fields and adjust the copied data if necessary.
4. Select Save to save the new article.

Viewing the stock timetable of an article

View the stock timetable of an article as follows:

1. Open the article in the Article detail screen.
2. Select Stock Timetable.
3. You will enter the Stock Timetable screen, where you can view the stock development of the article.

Viewing and editing the stock totals of an article

Follow these steps to view or edit the stock totals of an article:

1. Open the article in the Article detail screen.
2. Select Stock Totals.
3. You will enter the Stock Totals screen, where you can view and edit the article’s stock totals.

Viewing and editing food information of an article

Here’s how to view and edit the food information of an article:

1. Open the article in the Article detail screen.
2. Select Food Information.
3. You will enter the Food Information detail screen, where you can view and edit the article’s food information.

Printing an article report

Print reports created for a specific article, such as the Article Details report or the Product Specification report. These reports are available by default in ReflexBlue.

1. Open the article in the Article detail screen.
2. Select Print.
3. In the Select Report window, choose the desired report. You’ll first see a print preview before printing the report.
