The Food Information detail screen in ReflexBlue
In the Food Information detail screen, you manage extensive food information for an article. This information is important for labeling, customer communication, and compliance with laws and regulations — such as the declaration of allergens and nutritional values.
You open this screen for an article from the Article detail screen.
Screen layout
The Food Information detail screen consists of five tabs. Each tab contains specific food information data. Select one of the tabs below for more information.
Ingredients
Manage the ingredients of the article.
Nutritional values
Manage the nutritional values of the article.
Allergens
Manage the allergens of the article.
Traces of allergens
Manage the traces of allergens in the article.
Display
Manage how the food information is displayed.
Select Refresh to update the food information on the tabs with the most recent data.
Shortcuts to related screens
In the Food Information detail screen, you can quickly navigate to related overview screens using shortcuts:
- Ingredients: Open the Ingredients overview screen with all available ingredients.
- Ingredient Categories: Open the Ingredient Categories overview screen with the categories to which ingredients can be linked.
- Allergens: Open the Allergens overview screen with all defined allergens.
- Meats: Open the Meat Types overview screen with all registered meat types.
