How the Reflex 3000 accountancy integration via Reflex Harmony works

Reflex 3000 can be linked to the following online accounting packages via Reflex Harmony:

Data exchange

The following types of data can be exchanged between Reflex 3000 and the online accounting package:

• From Reflex 3000 to the online accounting package:
  • Customer data
  • Supplier data
  • Sales invoice data
  • Purchase invoice data
  • Memorial data
• From the online accounting package to Reflex 3000:
  • Outstanding purchase invoice data
  • Outstanding sales invoice data

Instead of direct data exchange between Reflex 3000 and the online accounting package, this exchange takes place via the Reflex Harmony integration platform. This increases the availability of the link. Usually, you don’t need to install a new version of Reflex 3000 when the supplier of the accounting package makes changes.

Process from Reflex 3000 to online accounting package

In Reflex 3000, you start an FMuta6 Online export. This export saves an fmuta6.csv file to a fixed location on your PC. The ReflexBlue Import/Export Service periodically checks whether there is a file at that location and then sends it to Reflex Harmony. Reflex Harmony reads the file and converts the data into the format expected by the online accounting package. The API of the accounting package is then used to offer this data.

Process from online accounting package to Reflex 3000

Reflex Harmony periodically retrieves outstanding items from the accounting package. By default, this occurs every 30 minutes, but you can adjust the time interval in the integration settings in the Cloud Portal. The outstanding items are stored in a dbopen.csv file. This file is retrieved by the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service and stored at a fixed location. You can then process these outstanding items in Reflex 3000 via the DBOpen import.
