Registrations
Create a registration
To be able to create registrations, you first need to pick an order. In the order details view and/or registration details view you can create registrations and print. You can delete a registration at the registration overview.
Manual registration
Once you have picked an order, you can navigate to the order details by pressing the order in the order headers view. Look for the hamburger icon on the right of each order line. Press it at the correct line and select Manual Registration . Depending on the settings of the article, you will be asked for a quantity and/or a weight value. Enter the value(s) and select Ok.
Barcode scan to register
To automatically create a registration on an order line, you scan the barcode of the article. Whenever you do not have a hardwarescanner, you can use the manual barcode icon. Select the manual barcode icon on the bottomright, and enter a barcode.
Lot question
When an article is part of a lot, and the administration is configured to ask for it during registration, a modal will popup asking for the lot. If the administration setting is configured to ask and suggest, there will be one or more suggestions for a lot. Select the correct lot, or enter it manually in the field.
Stock location question
Every article that is configured to keep stock, in combination with the administration setting to ask or suggest a stocklocation when registering, will popup a modal that asks for the stocklocation. Select a suggestion or enter the location manually.
Shortage registration
Select the hamburger menu icon at the order line on the right. Select Shortage to mark the order line to have a shortage. Depending on the administration configuration you will or will not be asked for a reason why you mark the line as a shortage. Now that the line is marked to have a shorage, you can see an icon in the topleft showing you it was marked as shortage.
Under- and overregistration
An article can be configured in the administration to warn about over- or under registration. Whenever it falls into the warning’s percentage region, an icon will be visible on the topleft of the line, indicating over-, correct-, or underregistration.
