The Print Preview screen in ReflexBlue
The Print Preview screen in ReflexBlue appears after you use an option that requires a report to be printed during processing.
This screen allows you to view a print preview of the report before the processing is completed and the report is actually printed or sent.
Below, we discuss the various options available in this screen.
Confirm processing and print
Select Print in the Print Preview screen to confirm the processing and print the report on the default printer set for the administration or the user (if applicable).
This option is only available when printers are defined in the administration you are logged into.
There must also be a default printer set for the administration in the Administration Settings in ReflexBlue, or for the user in My Account or in the Report Settings as the Print Action.
When a Confirm print action is set for a report, the Print option will be replaced by a Confirm option. In this case, nothing will be printed upon confirmation.
