Food Information in ReflexBlue: The Nutritional values tab
In the Nutritional values tab of the Food Information detail screen, you manage the nutritional values of an article. This information is important for labels, product packaging, and for insight into the nutritional composition of the article.
Screen layout
The Nutritional values tab displays a list of all nutritional values linked to the article. The table below explains the data shown for each nutritional value.

| Nutritional value | The name of the nutritional value. |
| 100 g | The standard serving size, for example 100 g. |
| Portion | The portion size, if different from the standard value. |
| Daily intake value | The recommended daily intake value for this nutritional value. |
Adding a nutritional value to an article
Follow these steps to add a nutritional value to an article:
- Open the Food Information detail screen of the desired article.
- Go to the Nutritional values tab.
- Select Add. The Nutritional value types selection window will open.
- Select the desired nutritional values from the list and choose Ok.
- Select Save to save the nutritional values of the article.
Editing a nutritional value of an article
Follow these steps to edit an existing nutritional value of an article:
- Open the Food Information detail screen of the article.
- Go to the Nutritional values tab.
- Select the nutritional value you want to edit in the list.
- Select Edit. The Nutritional value window will open.
- Adjust the Prefix and the Value of the nutritional value and choose Ok.
- Select Save to save the nutritional values of the article.
Removing nutritional values from an article
Follow these steps to remove nutritional values from an article:
- Open the Food Information detail screen of the article.
- Go to the Nutritional values tab.
- Tick the nutritional values you want to remove.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm that you want to remove the nutritional values. After confirmation, the nutritional values will be removed from the list.
- Select Save to save the nutritional values of the article.
Settings for nutritional values
In the Nutritional values tab of the Food Information detail screen, the following settings are available:

Use the recipe to determine the nutritional values: When this option is checked, the nutritional values are automatically calculated based on the used ingredients.

Nutri-Score: Here you can manually enter the Nutri-Score of the article, for example A, B, C, D, or E.

Portion settings
In the Nutritional values tab, you can optionally define the portion size:
- Standard serving: Specify the standard portion size, for example 100 g.
- Portion: Enter the portion size if it differs from the standard value.
- Ratio: Add a ratio if the portion differs from the standard value, for example for small snacks or individual packages.
