Getting started with the ReflexBlue Desktop Client

In this document, we describe how to install the ReflexBlue Desktop Client application. Follow the steps below to complete the installation:

1. Obtain the URL of your ReflexBlue Application Server in the Reflex Cloud Portal.
2. Download the installation file from your ReflexBlue Application Server.
3. Extract the installation file and install the ReflexBlue Desktop Client application.

Obtaining the URL of your ReflexBlue Application Server

To download the installation files for the ReflexBlue Desktop Client, you need the URL of your ReflexBlue Application Server. You can find this URL in your company details in the Reflex Cloud Portal.

1. Open the Reflex Cloud Portal via the link: portal.cloud.reflex-systems.nl.
2. Log in with the credentials you received from your ReflexSystems consultant.
3. After logging in, you will land on the dashboard page. Select My Company to view your company details.
4. You will find the ReflexBlue Application Server URL under the ReflexBlue section.

Downloading installation files

You can now download the installation files for the ReflexBlue Desktop Client from the ReflexBlue Application Server.

1. Open the page of your ReflexBlue Application Server using the previously obtained URL.
2. Log in with your ReflexBlue credentials.
3. On the dashboard page, select Download under Desktop Client.
4. Then select the option Download Desktop Client.
5. The installation file Setup.zip will be downloaded to the default download location on your computer.

Installing the ReflexBlue Desktop Client application

You have now downloaded the installation file. Follow the steps below to complete the installation:

1. Navigate to your download folder and right-click on the file Setup.zip and choose Extract All….
2. Navigate to the folder with the extracted files. You will find a file named Setup.exe.
3. Start the installation by opening the file Setup.exe.
4. Confirm when prompted to continue.

After the installation, the ReflexBlue Desktop Client application will start. You are now ready to log in and get started.
