Integrations overview screen in ReflexBlue

The Integrations overview screen in ReflexBlue allows you to manage integrations. Through this screen, you can view a list of available integrations and add, modify, or delete integrations.

To open the Integrations overview screen, you can use the following methods:

• Open the menu in ReflexBlue using the Ctrl+~ keyboard shortcut and select Management > General > Integrations, or click on this link to open the Integrations overview screen.

Screen layout

In the Integrations overview screen, you’ll see a list of all integrations that have been created. You can sort the list by clicking on a column header.

Adding an integration

Follow the steps below to add an integration:

1. In the Integrations overview screen, select Add. A detail screen will appear where you can enter the integration’s details.

2. Fill in the following integration details.

   Name	Description
   Name	The name of the integration.
   Description	A description of the integration.
   External integration ID	An external ID under which the integration is known in the system it is linked to.
   Export ID	An export ID (also called integration identifier) that can be used to identify the integration.

   The Name, External integration ID, and Export ID fields are required. The Export ID may only contain alphanumeric characters and the underscore (_).

   The Secret key is automatically generated by ReflexBlue for each integration. This key can be shared with care with the external system you are linking to, for example, to authenticate webhook requests sent from ReflexBlue.

3. Select Save to save the integration.

From this moment, the integration can be used in ReflexBlue via the External API to, for example, create webhooks for linking to external systems.

Editing an integration

To edit an integration, follow these steps:

1. In the Integrations overview screen, first select the integration you want to edit.
2. Then select Edit. A detail screen will appear where you can modify the integration’s details.
3. Make the desired changes.
4. Select Save to save your changes.

Deleting an integration

To delete an integration, follow these steps:

1. In the Integrations overview screen, first select the integration you want to delete.
2. Then select Delete.
3. Confirm that you want to delete the integration.
4. The integration will be deleted and will no longer appear in the overview screen.
