The ReflexBlue Logins screen of the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service
In the ReflexBlue Logins screen of the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service, you can manage login credentials that are used to create connections between the Import/Export Service and your ReflexBlue administrations.
ReflexBlue Logins are only required for synchronisations with imports and exports for ReflexBlue administrations. You don’t need these logins for other synchronisations, such as the Reflex 3000 PEPPOL E-Invoicing synchronisation or the Reflex Harmony Accountancy synchronisation.
Follow these steps to open the ReflexBlue Logins screen:
- Open the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service application.
- In the navigation bar under Configuration, select ReflexBlue Logins.
Screen layout
The ReflexBlue Logins screen shows a list of credentials that have been provided to log in to ReflexBlue Application Servers. The table below explains the columns.

| User | The name of the user used to log in. |
| Application Server | The name of the ReflexBlue Application Server that is being logged into. |
| URI | The web address (URI) of the ReflexBlue Application Server being logged into. |
Adding a ReflexBlue login
Follow these steps to add a new ReflexBlue login to the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service:

In the ReflexBlue Logins screen, select Add login. You’ll be brought to the Create Login screen.

In the Create Login screen, fill in the required information. See the table below for an explanation.
Name Description Name A recognisable name for the login. Username The username of the ReflexBlue user. This user must exist on your ReflexBlue Application Server. Password The password of the user. Application Server Name A recognisable name for your ReflexBlue Application Server. Application Server Url The web address (URL) of your ReflexBlue Application Server. See instructions to find the URL here. You can create a ReflexBlue user via the ReflexBlue Desktop Client. The user must have a LocalService ReflexBlue seat and be linked to a role with the rights listed below.

Select Save to save the login.
The ReflexBlue Import/Export Service immediately checks whether the provided login credentials are correct. If login fails, an error message will appear. Check if the user exists, has sufficient rights, and the Application Server URL is correct.

After saving, you return to the ReflexBlue Logins screen. The new login now appears in the list and can be used when creating synchronisations.
Editing a ReflexBlue login
Follow these steps to edit an existing ReflexBlue login in the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service:

In the ReflexBlue Logins screen, select the login you want to edit. You will now enter the Edit Login screen.

In the Edit Login screen, adjust the desired information.
Select Reset to undo the changes and revert to the original values if you want to start over.

Select Save to save the changes.
Deleting a ReflexBlue login
Follow these steps to delete a ReflexBlue login in the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service:
- In the ReflexBlue Logins screen, select the login you want to delete. You will now enter the Edit Login screen.
- Select Delete to delete the login.
- Confirm that you want to delete the login.
