Overview screens
Overview screens in ReflexBlue provide you with the ability to manage various data. Here, you have the option to search, filter, and sort data using standard functionalities, which work the same on all overview screens. Below, we delve deeper into the usage and operation of these standard functionalities.
Filtering data
In most overview screens, you can filter data based on various criteria to view only the data relevant to you at that moment. You can do this as follows:
- Select Add in the Active filters area on the overview screen to add a new filter. A selection screen with available filters will appear.
- Choose the filter you want to add. The filter will be added under Active filters.
- Configure the filter as desired. The data on the overview screen will be displayed based on the filter.
- Select Settings to open advanced filter view settings for more filter options.
- Select Remove next to a filter to delete the filter.
It is possible to add and combine multiple filters. You can also add the same filter multiple times in ReflexBlue with different values if necessary.
The available filters may vary depending on the overview screen you are in. Refer to the documentation of the overview screen for more information on the available filters.
Sorting data
Data on overview screens can be sorted based on different columns. To sort on a column, you can follow these steps:
- Select the column header on the overview screen to sort the data in ascending order .
- Select again for descending order .
- Select again to undo the sorting.
The columns available for sorting depend on the overview screen you are working in. It is not always possible to sort on all columns that are visible.
