The Administrations overview screen in ReflexBlue
The Administrations overview screen in ReflexBlue allows you to manage administrations. In this screen, you see an overview of all created administrations and you can add, edit, or delete administrations.
You can open the Administrations overview screen as follows:
- Open the menu in ReflexBlue with Ctrl+~. Then select System > Administrations.
- Or select this link to go directly to the overview screen.
Screen layout
The Administrations overview screen displays a list of all administrations and their associated data. You can sort the list by selecting the column headers. The table below explains the data shown.

| Number | The administration number. |
| Name | The name of the administration. |
| Status | The status of the administration. |
| Created On | The date and time the administration was created. |
| Created By | The user who created the administration. |
Select Refresh to update the list with the most recent data.
Adding an administration
In ReflexBlue, only the administrator user can create administrations.
Follow these steps to add a new administration:
- In the Administrations overview screen, select Add Administration. The detail screen opens.
- Fill in the required administration details. These details are explained later in this guide.
- Select Save to save the administration.
After saving the new administration, it must first be created before you can use it. In the overview, you can see by the status when the administration is ready for use.
Editing an administration
This is how you edit the details of an existing administration:
- In the Administrations overview screen, select the administration you want to edit.
- Select Edit Administration. The detail screen opens.
- Edit the desired details. These details are explained later in this guide.
- Select Save to save your changes.
Deleting an administration
In ReflexBlue, only the administrator user can delete administrations.
The administration will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Use these steps to delete an administration:
- In the Administrations overview screen, select the administration you want to delete.
- Select Delete Administration.
- Confirm that you want to delete the administration.
- The administration will be deleted and will no longer appear in the overview.
Administration details
In the detail screen of the Administrations overview screen, you can see the administration details. The table below provides an overview and explanation of these details.

| Number | The number of the administration. You cannot change this number. |
| Name | The name of the administration. Enter a clear name. |
| Type | The type of administration. Choose from Test, Acceptance, or Production. |
| Automatic color | Enable this option if you want ReflexBlue to automatically adjust the color of the title bar in the ReflexBlue Desktop Client based on the administration type. This helps users easily recognize which administration they’re working in. |
| Color | Specify a color for ReflexBlue to use in the title bar of the ReflexBlue Desktop Client when users are logged into this administration. Disable Automatic color if you want to choose your own color. |
