Managing Reflex 3000 PEPPOL E-Invoicing synchronisations in the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service
In the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service, you use Reflex 3000 PEPPOL E-Invoicing synchronizations to establish a connection between Reflex 3000 and the PEPPOL network. This connection is made via the Reflex Harmony integration platform from ReflexSystems.
Invoice files that have been prepared locally on your PC by Reflex 3000 for export will be picked up by the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service and sent to Reflex Harmony. Reflex Harmony will then forward these invoices to the PEPPOL network.
This part of the manual explains how to add, edit, and delete Reflex 3000 PEPPOL E-Invoicing synchronizations in the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service.
Important: To set up a Reflex 3000 PEPPOL E-Invoicing synchronization, you first need to contact ReflexSystems. We will then provide you with the required access credentials to create the synchronization and link it to your Reflex Harmony integration.
Adding a Reflex 3000 PEPPOL E-Invoicing synchronization
Follow these steps to add a new Reflex 3000 PEPPOL E-Invoicing synchronization in the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service:

Required data for Reflex 3000 PEPPOL E-Invoicing synchronizations
When adding or editing a Reflex 3000 PEPPOL E-Invoicing synchronization, you must enter the below information.
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | A clear and recognizable name for the synchronization. |
| Source Directory | The folder on the PC where the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service is installed, from which the invoice files must be collected. This may also be a locally configured network location. These files are forwarded to Reflex Harmony for transmission to the PEPPOL network. |
| AWS Key※ | The key that gives you access to the Reflex Harmony cloud storage for uploading invoice files. |
| AWS Secret※ | The secret code used together with the key. |
| Company Identifier※ | The company identification code associated with your Reflex Harmony integration. |
| Harmony Integration Id※ | The ID of your Reflex Harmony integration. |
| Is Active? | Indicates whether the synchronization is active. |
| File masks (Source Directory) | The file masks for the files that can be imported. See the section below for more explanation. |
The data marked with ※ will be provided to you by ReflexSystems.
The AWS Key and AWS Secret are specifically intended for access to your synchronizations. Therefore, handle this information with great care and make sure these secret credentials do not fall into the hands of third parties.
Using file masks
With file masks, you specify in the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service in a dynamic way which file names are allowed. For this, you use Regular Expressions (regex).
For Reflex 3000 PEPPOL E-Invoicing synchronizations, the following file masks are required:
- UBLINVOICE: Mask for collecting invoice files in UBL format.
- PDFINVOICE: Mask for collecting invoice files in PDF format.
Files that match these file masks will be collected by the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service from the Source Directory you set up for the synchronization and forwarded to Reflex Harmony for further processing.
For more information about using file masks, see: Using Regular Expressions for Importing CSV Files.
