Getting started with your ReflexBlue link to Multivers Online
ReflexBlue can be linked to the Multivers Online accounting package. With this link, you can export relationship data, invoices, and stock valuations to Multivers Online. Once this data is in Multivers Online, you can import the outstanding items of the exported invoices into ReflexBlue so that you know which invoices have or have not been paid.
To establish this link, it is necessary to set up Multivers Online and ReflexBlue correctly.
Note! To be able to set up Multivers Online, you need a Redirect URI. This URI can be found on the screen that you use to set up ReflexBlue. You will therefore have to perform steps from the section Setting up ReflexBlue and Setting up Multivers Online simultaneously.
Setting up ReflexBlue
- Determine the Redirect URI for Multivers Online:
- Select Administration Settings in the ReflexBlue menu.
- Select Accounting > Unit4 Multivers Online Settings.
- Copy the Redirect URI to your clipboard.
- First, follow the steps of the section Setting up Multivers Online.
- Fill in the Client ID and Client Secret fields with the data you received when setting up Multivers Online.
- Select Retrieve Refresh Token to retrieve a new Refresh Token from Multivers Online.
- Enter the login details.
- Select Login.
- Check if a Refresh Token has been entered in the field under the Retrieve Refresh Token button.
Setting up Multivers Online

Open the Multivers Online API page (https://api.multivers.nl).

Select the login link at the top right of the page and enter the login details.
You received the login details from your Multivers Online representative.

Select the My Dashboard link to open your Dashboard.

Select the Add option in the Dashboard.

Enter the following details:
- Use “ReflexBlue” for Application name.
- Use the personal data that may be used if Multivers needs to contact you for Your name and Email.
- Use “Windows” for Platform.
- Use “Custom for 1 customer” for Application type.
- Use the Redirect URI from step 1 of Setting up ReflexBlue for Redirect URI.

Select Register to save the application data.
Before the application can be used, the status of the application must be active. If you have just finished registering the application, it is still inactive. It may take a while before the application is active. You can see the status of the application in My Dashboard.
