Webhooks overview screen
The Webhooks overview screen allows you to manage webhooks in ReflexBlue. Through this screen, you can view an overview of webhooks and add, modify, or delete webhooks.
To open the Webhooks overview screen, you can use the following methods:
- Open the menu in ReflexBlue with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+~ and select the option Management > General > Webhooks, or click on this link to open the Webhooks overview screen.
Adding a webhook
Follow the steps below to add a webhook:

In the Webhooks overview screen, select the Add webhook option. A new blank row will appear in the list of webhooks.

Enter the following details for the webhook by selecting the corresponding column in the new row.
Name Description Event The webhook event for which a webhook request needs to be created. Double-click to choose from standard webhook events supported by ReflexBlue. Url URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator (commonly a web address). Here, you specify the address of the external system to which the webhook request should be sent. Integration The integration to which the webhook should be linked. Integrations can be created via the Integrations overview screen. Double-click to choose from the available integrations. The Event and Url are required fields.

Navigate to another row to save the webhook.
From this point a webhook request will be sent each time an event occurs for this webhook.
Editing a webhook
To edit a webhook, follow the steps below:
- In the Webhooks overview screen, first select the webhook you want to edit from the list.
- Double-click on the column you want to modify and change the details as needed.
- Navigate to another row to save your changes.
Deleting a webhook
To delete a webhook, follow the steps below:
- In the Webhooks overview screen, first select one or more webhooks you want to delete by checking them.
- Then select Delete webhook.
- Confirm that you want to delete the selected webhooks.
- The selected webhooks are deleted and are no longer visible in the overview screen.
Filtering and searching webhooks
In the Webhooks overview screen, you have the option to filter or search based on various criteria. The table below provides an overview of the available filters for filtering webhooks.

| Active/Inactive | This filter allows you to determine whether you want to see webhooks based on their active status. When a webhook is deleted, it is marked as inactive. |
| Event type | This filter lets you view only webhooks for a specific event type. |
| Url | This filter lets you view only webhooks for a specific URL. |
