Control Point Registrations
The Control Point Registrations overview can be used for monitoring and analysis of control point registrations. This page explains how you can use filters to limit the control point registrations that are displayed, sort by columns, and export the results to a file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel.

Filtering the data
In the Control Point Registrations overview screen, you have the ability to filter or search based on various criteria. The table below provides an overview of the filters available for filtering control point registrations.

| Answered By | Filters registrations based on the person who answered the questions. |
| Answered On | Filters registrations based on the date on which the questions were answered. |
| Question | Filters registrations based on the asked questions. |
| Category | Filters registrations based on question categories. |
| Event | Filters registrations based on the triggered control point event. |
| Article | Filters registrations based on involved articles during the event. |
| Relation | Filters registrations based on involved relations during the event. |
| Purchase Order | Filters registrations based on involved purchase orders during the event. |
| Sales Order | Filters registrations based on involved sales orders during the event. |
| Weighing List | Filters registrations based on involved weighing lists during the event. |
| Packing Slip | Filters registrations based on involved packing slips during the event. |
Sorting the data
The control point registrations can be sorted by the following columns:
- Answered By sorts data by the name of the person who answered the questions.
- Answered On sorts data by the date on which the questions were answered.
Exporting the data
Use the following steps to export control point registrations:
- Specify the control point registrations you’d like to export by selecting the checkboxes for each row in the list. You can use the filters mentioned above to filter the control point registrations first if desired.
- Select Export Registrations to start the export process. A notification will be displayed indicating the progress.
- Select Download to download the export file when the export is succesful.
Before you export the registrations, make sure you’ve added an export definition for Control Point Registrations. Export definitions can be added via the Import/Export definitions option in the main menu of the Desktop Client application.
Details side panel
You’ll find more information about the selected registration such as the question categories and the context links in the Registration Details side panel. Select the value of the context link to open the detail view that shows detailed information about the specific link.
