Food Information in ReflexBlue: The Ingredients tab
In the Ingredients tab of the Food Information detail screen, you manage the ingredients of an article. Ingredients form the basis for the nutritional values and allergens of the article.
Screen layout
The Ingredients tab displays a list of all ingredients linked to the article. Below you’ll find an explanation of the data shown for each ingredient.

| Ingredient | The name of the ingredient. |
| Percentage | The percentage of the ingredient in the article. |
| Information | Additional information about the ingredient. |
| Allergens | Allergens present in the ingredient. |
| Countries of Origin | The countries where the ingredient comes from. |
Adding an ingredient to an article
Follow these steps to add an ingredient to an article:
- Open the Food Information detail screen of the desired article and go to the Ingredients tab.
- Select Add Ingredients to add a new ingredient. The Ingredients selection window will open.
- Select the desired ingredient from the list and choose OK.
- Select Save to save the article’s food information.
Editing an ingredient of an article
Follow these steps to edit an ingredient of an article:
- Open the Food Information detail screen of the article and go to the Ingredients tab.
- Select the ingredient you want to edit in the list.
- Select Edit. The Ingredient window will open.
- Adjust the Percentage and choose OK to save the change.
- Select Save to save the article’s food information.
Removing ingredients from an article
Follow these steps to remove ingredients from an article:
- Open the Food Information detail screen of the article and go to the Ingredients tab.
- Tick the ingredients you want to remove.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm that you want to remove the ingredients. After confirmation, the ingredients will be removed from the list.
- Select Save to save the article’s food information.
Settings for article ingredients
On the Ingredients tab of the Food Information detail screen, the following settings are available:
- Use the recipe to determine the ingredients: Check this option to automatically generate the ingredient list based on the underlying recipe of the article.
- Preference for name of an ingredient: Choose how the names of ingredients are displayed or sorted. You can choose from:
- Ingredient name
- E-number
- Ingredient name and E-number
