The Users overview screen in ReflexBlue
The Users overview screen in ReflexBlue allows you to manage users. In this screen, you can see a list of all created users and you can add, edit, or delete users.
You can open the Users overview screen as follows:
- Open the menu in ReflexBlue with Ctrl+~. Then select System > Users.
- Or select this link to go directly to the overview screen.
Screen layout
The Users overview screen displays a list of all users and their associated details. You can sort the list by selecting the column headers. The table below explains the details.

| Login | The username used to log in. |
| First Name | The user’s first name. |
| Last Name | The user’s last name. |
| Email address | The user’s email address. |
| Last login | Date and time of the last successful login. |
| Seat | The name of the linked ReflexBlue seat. |
| Seat type | The type of the linked ReflexBlue seat. |
Select Refresh to update the list with the most recent data.
Adding a user
Follow these steps to add a new user:
- Select Add user in the Users overview screen. A detail screen will now open.
- Enter the required user details. These details are explained later in this manual.
- Select Save to save the user.
Editing a user
Here’s how to edit the details of an existing user:
- In the Users overview screen, select the user you want to edit.
- Select Edit user. The detail screen will open.
- Adjust the desired details. These details are explained later in this manual.
- Select Save to save the changes.
Deleting a user
Use these steps to delete a user:
- In the Users overview screen, select the user you want to delete.
- Select Delete user.
- Confirm that you want to delete the user.
- The user will now be deleted and will no longer appear in the overview.
User details
The detail screen of the Users overview screen in ReflexBlue is divided into different tabs. Each tab contains specific information about a user. Below you’ll find an explanation of the available information and options per tab.
Common
On the Common tab of the Users overview screen, you’ll see the most important user details. The table below provides an overview and explanation of these details.

| Login Name※ | The username the user can log in with. |
| First Name | The user’s first name. |
| Last Name | The user’s last name. |
| Seat | The ReflexBlue seat linked to the user. Seats are created for a ReflexBlue plan in the Reflex Cloud Portal. |
| Is Active | Indicates whether the user is active. Only active users can log in to ReflexBlue. |
| The user’s email address. This address is used, for example, to recover forgotten passwords. | |
| Password※ | The user’s password. Only required for new users and if you want to change the password. |
| Confirm Password※ | A confirmation of the user’s password. |
| Comments | Optional remarks for this user. |
Fields marked with ※ are required. When editing user details, leave the password field empty if you don’t want to change it.
Administration Settings
On the Administration settings tab of the Users overview screen, you configure administration-specific details for the user. The table below provides an overview and explanation of these details.

These settings only apply to the current administration.
Roles
The Roles tab of the Users overview screen shows an overview of all available roles within the current administration. You can assign one or more roles to the user by checking them. The user will then receive the ReflexBlue user rights associated with these roles. Roles are managed in the Roles overview screen.
System rights
On the System rights tab of the Users overview screen, you see which system rights the user has. You can assign rights here by checking the desired rights.

| Edit users | Grants the user the right to edit users. |
| Manage system settings | Grants the user the right to manage system settings. |
Activity
On the Activity tab of the Users overview screen, you’ll see an overview of the user’s login activity in ReflexBlue. The table below provides an overview and explanation of these details.

| IP Address | The IP address from which the user logged in. |
| Application | The application the user used to log in. |
Filtering and searching users
In the Users overview screen, you can filter or search for users using various criteria. Use the filters at the top of the screen to quickly find the right user. The table below provides an overview of the available filters.
