The Import/Export detail screen in ReflexBlue
In the Import/Export detail screen of ReflexBlue, you can view all information about an import or export, such as the progress, associated files, and log messages. You can also start new exports and retry failed imports directly from this screen.
Follow these steps to open the Import/Export detail screen:
- Open the Imports/Exports overview screen.
- Select the import or export for which you want to view the details.
- Select Details or press Enter.
The details of the selected import or export are now displayed in the detail screen.
Screen layout
The information in the Import/Export detail screen is divided into the following tabs:
- General: Here you see general information about the import or export, including a list of block definitions and the progress.
- Files: Here you see an overview of the files associated with the import or export. You can download these files.
- Log messages: Here you see an overview of messages that were registered during the execution of the import or export.
Below you’ll find more explanation for each tab.
Select Refresh to update the information on the tabs with the most recent data.
General tab
In the General tab of the Import/Export detail screen, you see the data in the table below.

| Code | The code of the import or export. |
| Name | The name of the import or export, taken from the Import/Export definition. |
| Description | The description of the import or export, taken from the Import/Export definition. |
| Block definitions | A list of block definitions with detailed information. |
Which block definitions are visible depends on the Import/Export definition used.
For each block definition, you see the data in the table below.

| Status | The current status of the block definition. |
| Start | The time at which execution started. |
| Ready | The time at which execution stopped. |
| Progress | A progress bar showing the progress of the block definition. |
Files tab
In the Files tab of the Import/Export detail screen, you see the files associated with the import or export. You also see the total size of the files and of the compressed zip file you can download.
- For an import, these are the files that were supplied via the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service to be imported.
- For an export, these are the files that were created during the export of data in ReflexBlue.
For each file, you see the data in the table below.

Logs Tab
In the Logs tab of the Import/Export detail screen, you see an overview of messages that were registered during the import or export. If an import or export failed, you can find the cause here.
For each message, you see the data in the table below.

| Sequence | The sequence of the message. |
| Level | The error level of the message. |
| Type | The type of the message. |
| Created | The timestamp when the message was registered. |
| Message | A message with detailed information about what happened. |
The messages can have one of the following error levels:
- Information: Informational message.
- Warning: A warning occurred during the import/export.
- Error: An error occurred during the import/export.
- Fatal: A fatal error occurred causing the import/export to stop.
Starting an export
Follow these steps to start an export from the Import/Export detail screen:

Open the export from the Imports/Exports overview screen. You’ll then enter the Import/Export detail screen.

Select Start Import/Export.
This option is only available for exports with the status New.

The export will be started.
Retrying an import
Follow these steps to retry an import from the Import/Export detail screen:

Open the import from the Imports/Exports overview screen. You’ll then enter the Import/Export detail screen.

Select Retry Import.
This option is only available for imports.

The import will be started.
Use this option if something went wrong during the import due to an error in the associated Import/Export definition. After you have adjusted the definition, you can retry the import. The import will then use the same files but follow the corrected definition.
Downloading files from an import or export
Follow these steps to download import or export files from the Import/Export detail screen:
- Open the import or export from the Imports/Exports overview screen. You’ll then enter the Import/Export detail screen.
- Go to the Files tab.
- Select Download, choose where you want to save the files, and confirm.
- The download will start.
