The Imports/Exports overview screen in ReflexBlue
The Imports/Exports overview screen in ReflexBlue allows you to monitor imports and exports. In this screen, you can see an overview of all executed imports and exports and track the progress of active processes.
You can open the Imports/Exports overview screen in the following ways:
- Open the menu in ReflexBlue using the Ctrl+~ keyboard shortcut. Then select Management > Imports/Exports > Imports/Exports.
- Or select this link to open the screen directly.
Screen layout
In the Imports/Exports overview screen, you see a list of all imports and exports that have been executed. The list displays various details per import and export. The table below explains the columns. By selecting the column headers, you can sort the list by that column.

| Name | The name of the import or export, taken from the Import/Export definition. |
| Code | The code of the import or export. |
| Description | The description of the import or export, taken from the Import/Export definition. |
| Indicates whether the import or export contains files. | |
| Status | The current status of the import or export. |
| Progress | A progress bar indicating the progress of the import or export. |
| Active block | The block definition in which the process is currently located, with a percentage of progress. |
| Created on | The date the import or export was created. |
| Created by | The user who created the import or export. |
| Modified on | The date the import or export was last modified. |
| Modified by | The user who last modified the import or export. |
Select Refresh to update the list with the most recent data.
The color of the progress bar and the background of the row indicate the status:
- A blue progress bar means the import/export is being executed.
- A green progress bar means everything went well.
- An orange progress bar and background indicate there are warning messages. Check the details for more information.
- A red progress bar and background indicate that errors have occurred. Check the details for more information.
Viewing import or export details
Follow these steps to view the details of an import or export:
- In the Imports/Exports overview screen, select the import or export whose details you want to see.
- Select Details.
- The import or export opens in the Import/Export detail screen, where you can view all details.
Starting an export
Follow these steps to start an export:

In the Imports/Exports overview screen, select the export you want to start.

Select Start import/export.
This option is only available for exports with the status New.

The export will be started.
Filtering and searching imports and exports
In the Imports/Exports overview screen, you can filter and search using various criteria. The table below shows which filters are available.

| Created by | Filter by imports/exports created by a specific user. |
| Modified on | Filter by imports/exports modified within a specific period. |
| Modified by | Filter by imports/exports modified by a specific user. |
