The Service Log Messages screen of the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service
The Service Log Messages screen in the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service gives you an overview of all messages generated during the use of the service. This overview helps you quickly find the cause of a problem when an issue occurs.
Follow these steps to open the Service Log Messages screen:
- Start the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service application.
- In the navigation bar under Configuration, select the Service Log Messages option.
Screen layout
In the Service Log Messages screen, you see a list of log messages created by the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service. The table below describes the columns in this list.

| Log date | The date the log message was created. |
| Scope | The part of the service from which the message originates. |
| Level | The severity level of the message, such as information, warning, or error. |
| Message | The content of the log message. |
Searching log messages
To search log messages in the Service Log Messages screen, follow these steps:
- Select the Search field at the top of the list of log messages.
- Enter the text you want to search for. The list will update immediately based on your input. All columns are searched.
Refreshing log messages
To see the latest log messages in the Service Log Messages screen, select Refresh. The list will be updated immediately with the latest messages.
