The Options screen of the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service

The Options screen in the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service gives you access to the main configuration settings of this service. In this screen, you can specify, among other things, where work and archive files are stored and how long they are retained.

Follow these steps to open the Options screen:

1. Start the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service application.
2. In the navigation bar under Configuration, select the Options option.

Changing settings

In the Options screen, you can adjust the settings of the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service. Use the following steps:

1. Go to the Options screen of the ReflexBlue Import/Export Service.

2. Adjust the desired settings. The table below explains the available options.

   Name	Description
   Work Directory	The full path to the folder the service uses as a work directory. Files processed during synchronisation are temporarily stored here.
   Archive Directory	The full path to the folder the service uses as an archive directory. After each synchronisation, files are archived here.
   Archive retention days	The maximum number of days that archived files remain in the archive directory.
   Error retention days	The maximum number of days that archived files remain in the error directory after a failed synchronisation.

   Select Reset to restore the changed settings to their original values if you want to start over.

3. Select Save to save your changes.
