Obtaining the URL of your ReflexBlue Application Server

The ReflexBlue Application Server has a management website where you can log in to use certain features. For this, you need the web address (URL) of your server. That address usually looks like this:

https://[your-company-name].reflexblue.cloud.reflex-systems.nl

There are different ways to find this URL. Below are the most common ones.

Via the Reflex Cloud Portal

You can find the URL of your ReflexBlue Application Server in your company details in the Reflex Cloud Portal. Follow these steps:

1. Go to https://portal.cloud.reflex-systems.nl.
2. Log in with the username and password you received from ReflexSystems.
3. On the dashboard, select My Company to view your company details.
4. In the ReflexBlue section, you’ll find the Application Server URL.

Via the ReflexBlue Desktop Client

You can also find the URL of your ReflexBlue Application Server in the menu of the ReflexBlue Desktop Client, if you have it installed. Follow these steps:

1. Start the ReflexBlue Desktop Client and log in with your account.
2. Open the menu using Ctrl+~ or by selecting the ReflexBlue logo at the top left.
3. At the bottom of the status bar in this menu, you’ll see the URL of your ReflexBlue Application Server.
4. Double-click the URL to copy it, then paste it into your browser or another program.
